In math we are:
- Learning about place value and multiplying and dividing by 10. We are using our place value chart to help us see the connections with regrouping and being able to multiply and divide by 10 without using the algorithm.
- Important words: Unite form, Standard form, Multiply, Divide, Product, Quotient, Ones, Tens, Hundreds, Thousands, Ten Thousands, Hundred Thousands, Place Value.
* We will be using XtraMath.com for homework. Directions will be going home for how to get started. This should be done one-to-two times per week depending on what other math homework we may have. Parents please initial in their planner once they have completed the XtraMath. XtraMath does send me updates and reports on what the students do and how they did.
